Return and Refund
If you are not satisfied with the wine or for any other reason would like to return it, you can do so within 15 days. The product must be returned in due conditions of use (including the original packaging). When an order is returned the freight is the responsibility of the customer, if the customer has difficulties of how to proceed with the reshipment you can contact email@example.com and we will guide you how to take action. No orders will be received with shipping to be charged.
After analyzing that returned merchandise and have no irregularities, we will send a correspondence to the administrator of the card, the same day we receive the product, requesting the refund of the purchase price of the product in the card number used in the purchase, deducting the original shipping freight. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. An email will be sent confirming the deposit.
In case of cancellation of the order if the product has not yet been shipped the customer will be immediately refunded of any amount debited from his account. If the cancellation occurs after the wines have been shipped, we will only refund the value of the purchased product and all expenses related to freight will not be refunded. The return of the merchandise will be the responsibility of the customer.
